The Thermal Power Plants were adjusted on the basis of gas generators PG1250 (FG Wilson, United Kingdom) and were equipped with heat utilization systems. So that the sanitarian and work norms are satisfied all stations have noise reduction systems. All stations were built in containers, which were produced on the A.D.D. production site.
At the present time the specialists are completing commissioning of "Drogichenskoe GKH" in Drogichin city (electric capacity 1 MW, thermal capacity 1, 22 MW). The other three Thermal Power Plants are already functioning:
- "Gorizont" factory, Minsk (electric capacity 1 MW, thermal capacity 1, 22 MW)
- "Brestskoe Kotelnoe Xozyaistvo", Brest, (electric capacity 1 MW, thermal capacity 1, 22 MW)
- Housing communal services company in Gorki (electric capacity 1 MW, thermal capacity 1, 22 MW)
One of the more complicated moments proved to be at the "Gorizont" factory. Given project differentiated itself from standard procedures due to factory's need in hot water and steam for technological processes simultaneously. Highly competent A.D.D. specialists managed to generate an untraditional idea which allowed a highly-efficient combining scheme for production of steam and hot water in the utilization system.
Throughout the time that the A.D.D. Group of Companies spent in Byelorussia, our company has recommended itself as a team ready to create untraditional engineering solutions and projects that supply the rise in the business efficiency of our customers. Therefore there has been a decision to continue successful partnership. At the present moment new projects are in the planning stage: Thermal Power Plant for the spinning factory in Slonim, cheese factory in Bereza and housing communal services in Lepel. For the mentioned projects the A.D.D. JSC offered a new high-efficiency scheme of heat utilization.
Peculiarity of the new scheme is in specificity of antifreeze use all around the gas generator and inside the heat utilization system which allows to work simultaneously in thermal and electric schedule. This structure allows our customers to freely obtain all electrical capacity needed and use a specific amount of thermal power. In "classic" structures one had to lower the electric output if not using any thermal power to prevent overheating in the structure.
The scheme offered by the A.D.D. specialists allows securing the hardware from gas leaks. As a result our client was enabled to use the thermal power to the maximum and mobile work of the station in full spectrum of capacity irrelative to thermal power usage level.03.09.2007
