The A.D.D. Service won the tender that includes exploitation of the energy supply system on Verchnechonskiy oil and gas pipe. The pipe is owned by "Verchnechonskneftegaz" that is controlled by TNK-BP. The advantage of the A.D.D. offer was in its complexity. "Verchnechonskneftegaz" was interested in A.D.D.'s experience of working on autonomous oil pumps and properly explained price of services.

Given project has several specialties: the specialists of the A.D.D. Service will have to ensure uninterruptible energy supply of the autonomous energy supply that is in process of being constructed. The generating hardware will include units that are new to the A.D.D. - kolomensk gas-diesel generators and Rolls- Royce turbines. The A.D.D. Service will be in charge of design, construction and then usage of the station. Besides generating hardware, the A.D.D. Service will be in charge of sub-stations, cable networks and control-measure units.

The usage and service of the energy systems will be supplied by Stregevskiy branch of the A.D.D. Service - the specialists of which are already on site to control the construction works.

The capacity of the energy system at the Verchne-Chonskiy oil-gas pump is planned to increase between 2007 and 2009 from 5 to 30 MV.
