Creation of affiliated companies of "A.D.D. Distribution" LLC and "A.D.D. Engineering" LLC

Reconfiguration of business in the "A.D.D." company was carried out in 2004. At the moment, the "A.D.D." CJSC owns and operates the assets of three affiliated companies included in the A.D.D. group of the companies. The principle directions of activity of the affiliated companies are as follows:

delivery and rent of the power equipment ("A.D.D. Distributsiya" LLC);

realisation of complex projects in the field of independent power supply, including general contractor’s works on construction of power generating facilities ("A.D.D. Engineering" LLC);

service programs on provision of power for large-scale enterprises ("A.D.D. Service" LLC).
