At the West-Krapivinskoye deposit, the project of transferring to a two-fuel mode of operation of the power-generating complex of the "Sibneft’-Noyabr’skneftegaz" OJSC, consisting of 5 DGUs "Cummins" C1250 with 6200 control panels was completed. The experts of the "A.D.D. Service" LLC have performed start-adjustment works and commissioning of the object to the Customer.

As a basis for technical solution on utilisation of casing-head gas, the GTI equipment of "Altronik" company was accepted. The GTI two-fuel system allows to operate the DGUs on a mix of diesel fuel and natural gas (with replacement of up to 70%) and on 100% diesel fuel without losses of power capacity.

The technical specifications for designing of outdoor and internal systems od gas supply was developed by the experts of the "A.D.D." CJSC. By the order of the "A.D.D." CJSC, the project was carried out by the "Noyabr’skneftegazproyekt" LLC. The installation of internal gas pipeline, gas equipment of the DGU, start-adjustment and commissioning to the Customer was carried out by the specialists of the "A.D.D. Service" LLC. The installation of outdoor gas pipeline was performed by the employees of the "VMU" LLC.

As the result of transfer of the 5 DGUs to a two-fuel mode, the economy of diesel fuel with a minimum (30%) replacement is equal to 16 million roubles per year. The pay-back period of the project is 9 months approximately.
