On November 26, 2004 in the settlement of Saskylakh of Anabarsky ulus of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya) a solemn function was held, devoted to the opening of diesel power station having total capacity of 2.4 MW, which provides electricity and heat for the settlement with the population of more than 5 thousand people. The general contractor in realisation of the project was the "A.D.D" company. On the opening ceremony, general director of "Sakhaenergo", along with vice-president of the "ALROSA" AK, the directors of Aykhal’sky, Mirninsky, Anabarsky mining-concentrating industrial complexes were present.
Chairman of the Board of RAO "UES of Russia" Anatoly Chubays forwarded his congratulations by cable.
During realisation of the works associated with the project, about 70 various suppliers of equipment and services were involved, about 10 000 positions of purchased products were used, more than 250 tons of the equipment on 20 railway platforms were dispatched. All the departments and services of the company, without an exception, were involved in the project, in this or that extent.
