·         In 2004, the "A.D.D." company became a member of newly created Union of power engineering specialists of the Northwest.
·         By the Order of the Governor of Saint-Petersburg, dated 04.08.2004, the "A.D.D." CJSC was approved within the structure of Scientific-Technological Council for the Governor of Saint-Petersburg. General Director of the "A.D.D." CJSC, V.I. Norkin, became a participant in the structure of Expert Council of the Section of "Power engineering and energy-saving", in the number of the leaders of scientific organisations, representatives of business, leading scientists, as well as the experts of structural divisions of the Government of Saint-Petersburg.
