The installation and assembly operations at Login company's facilities were accomplished in June. In July the A.D.D. Group's specialists are carrying out commissioning and start up procedures at the mini-CHP equipped with heat and refrigeration supply system for multi-purpose warehouse facilities. A.D.D. Engineering developed detailed equipment design of the mini-CHP, delivered three gas piston power sets with waste-heat recovery system, standby diesel generating set, supporting machinery and all necessary materials for construction, installation, commissioning and start up.
In the engineering design of the CHP, the tri-generation technology is being used. This technology provides the combined production of electricity, heat and cooling and raises profitability of generating facilities.
Three PG345B1 gas piston sets (FG Wilson) with waste-heat recovery system have been installed in the building of the mini-CHP. The offset radiators have been placed on the roof of the building. VP 250 diesel power station is being used as the standby power supply. The rated peak load of the station is 752 kW; its heating capacity is 1299 kW.
