Graduates appreciate opportunities for career development

A.D.D. Service LLC's presentation which took place in Tomsk Polytechnic University at the end of the academic year, was different from traditional annual meetings with students of the leading Siberian university. This time not only managers were talking about the company, but also young professionals, the graduates of Tomsk Polytechnic University.

The Integrated program aimed at young professionals' recruitment and development, has been operating in A.D.D. Service LLC for more than two years. The company has been co-operating with the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) of Tomsk Polytechnic University where future power engineers study because it has an interest in young professionals with the cutting edge knowledge.

During the period of co-operation, many IEE graduates have become staff members of the company's branches. There are graduates who are not only successfully mastering professional skills in actual practice, but also have already had significant career achievements.

The graduates who had achieved significant professional and career progress in the company, took part in the meeting this year. They shared their experience and impressions, answered questions of those who would choose the company for employment soon.

Those young professionals who had already become managers and executives, answered students' questions about their work and graduates' social benefits in the company. They mentioned the remarkable atmosphere of co-operation and mutual support, as well as the opportunities for development and career growth.
