One of the primary tasks of our customers is the improvement of energy safety and the intensification of energy conservation. In order to implement its mission successfully, A.D.D. takes advantage of EPC-Contracting approach.
EPC-Contracting is the approach to the developments and implementations of projects and programs in compliance with two possible patterns:
- EPC PM (engineering, procurement, commission project management)
Implementation of construction projects or "ready-to-operate" upgrading of power facilities with payment after project completion, after demonstration of financial performance and technical demonstration. - EPC EM (energy performance contract efficiency management)
Carrying-out of long-term programs, aimed at "power-management-based" efficiency upgrading of power facilities. The payment for project implementation is based on savings.
